Ideal candidates will bring 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with loan systems like Loan IQ and transaction capture tools, while maintaining rigorous attention to detail and client-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under tight deadlines and manage priorities
• Strong Excel and Microsoft-based skills
• Familiar with Tableau or other visualization tools
• Experience with Loan IQ and transaction capture tools
• Keen attention to detail and analytical/problem‑solving abilities
• Client relationship and solution skills

Responsibilities

• Support loan origination and lifecycle management across corporate, commercial, real estate, structured lending, and trade.
• Develop and implement processes, standards, controls, and training for transaction management.
• Assist with design/implementation of technology, testing, and rollout.
• Provide training and support to transaction management staff and business constituents.
• Collaborate with originating/coverage lines, credit risk, operations, and legal teams.
• Ensure data quality, controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Define operational metrics and conduct risk/control reviews for end-to-end transparency.
• Improve processes and efficiency across loan lifecycle.
