A leading global logistics company is seeking a Sales Representative to drive revenue growth by managing existing customers and acquiring new ones. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of relevant sales experience. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential. This role offers opportunities for commissions based on meeting sales targets.

Formación

Involves representing the organisation to our current and potential customers through face-to-face interactions during the sales process. These positions are required to meet sales targets and are eligible for related commissions.

General Job Description:
  1. Sell all FEC products and services to an existing customer base within a defined geographic territory, aiming for revenue growth as specified by FEC management.
  2. Sell all FEC products and services to non-FEC customers within the same area, using all available sales tactics to continually acquire new customers and generate revenue.
  3. Develop and implement a lead generation process utilizing all FEC resources (couriers, station employees, etc.) to ensure a steady flow of quality leads resulting in incremental revenue.
  4. Create and execute a sales work plan and schedule to ensure minimum attainment of sales activities such as calls, proposals, trips, and other activities as defined by FEC management.
  5. Maintain a territory intelligence system that records, stores, and reports all sales activities, account information, market and industry data, and competitive insights as required by FEC management.
  6. Coordinate with station employees to handle customer problem resolution activities and ensure timely follow-up.
  7. Gather, prepare, and submit all sales-related reports to the Sales Manager.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
Proficiency in English (600 TOEIC points).

Experience: At least 2 years of professional, commercial, or industrial sales experience.

Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, self-motivated, ability to plan and organize, strong negotiation skills, capable of making presentations to groups, travel readiness, computer literacy, fluency in English.
