Involves representing the organisation to our current and potential customers in face-to-face interactions via the Sales process. These positions are required to achieve Sales targets and are eligible to receive related commission.
General Job Description:
- Sell all FEC products and services to an existing customer base in a defined geographic territory with revenue generating responsibility as defined by FEC management, resulting in net incremental revenue.
- Sell all FEC products and services to non-FEC customers within a defined geographic area; utilize all available sales tactics to continually add new customers in a revenue band defined by FEC management.
- Develop and implement a lead generation process utilizing all FEC resources (couriers, station employees, etc.) to ensure a steady flow of quality leads that result in incremental revenue.
- Develop and execute a sales work plan and schedule to ensure minimum attainment of all required sales activities, including sales calls, service calls, proposal presentations, trips, and other activities defined by FEC management.
- Maintain a territory intelligence system that records, stores, and reports all sales activities, account information, marketplace and industry insights, competitive information, and other relevant data as deemed necessary by FEC management.
- Coordinate with station employees on customer problem resolution activities and ensure timely follow-up.
- Gather, prepare, and submit all sales-related reports to the Sales Manager.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Proficiency in English (600 TOEIC points).
Experience:
- At least two (2) years of professional, commercial, or industrial sales experience.
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong human relations and negotiation skills.
- Ability to make presentations to small and large groups.
- Willingness to travel and proficiency in computer applications.
- Fluent in English.
