Involves providing administrative support for a team of professional level employees and their Manager.

General Job Description:
Under general supervision perform the following activities:

  1. Provide daily operational and administrative support to Sr Manager or a Manager in ground ops, ramp, and/or gateway locations, ensuring the most effective utilization of time and effort.
  2. Perform a variety of administrative, clerical, and additional key activities to support the operation, including tracing packages, dispatching, delivery and pick-up, dealing with customers, etc.
  3. Lead and provide technical support to operation and ensure that established procedures are followed.
  4. Supervise in the absence of management.
  5. Ensure that optimum service schedules are developed and coordinated within the operations.
  6. Coordinate processing of station documentation and customer status paperwork, GNSL reports, and financial statements.
  7. Provide weekly and monthly activity review.
  8. Provide training to other location personnel as necessary.
  9. May be required to perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:
Minimum Education:

  • High School Degree/Equivalent.

Minimum Experience:
  • Four (4) years express, cargo, airline, or transportation experience.

Minimum Required Skills:
  • Good verbal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Computer literate.
  • Good administrative, clerical, and people skills.
