FedEx Express México in Querétaro is seeking a Clearance Specialist to support import/export operations for air shipments. The role requires reviewing cross-department processes, preparing customs documentation, and ensuring accurate manifests and efficient clearance.

The candidate will handle classification and cargo support at the airport/station, maintaining organized records and demonstrating strong interpersonal and analytical skills.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• English proficiency: 450 TOEIC points.
• Minimum 2 years in a customs environment.
• Knowledge of FedEx applications (VISA, CAGE, COSMOS).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Apply specialized knowledge to review inter-department processes to support regional objectives.
• Lead design, development and implementation of processes in the experience area.
• Prepare internal customs documents for import/export via air.
• Prepare international manifests for efficient customs clearance.
• Maintain organized and archived customs documentation.
• Perform classification and cargo handling support at airport and station; recover air cargo as needed.

Descripción General de Puesto: Bajo supervisión general realiza las siguientes actividades:

• Aplica conocimientos especializados para revisar procesos específicos entre departamentos, para respaldar el logro de objetivos regionales, divisionales y corporativos.
• Participa/lidera en el diseño, desarrollo e implementación de procesos dentro del área de experiencia
• Prepara documentos aduanales internos para habilitar los procesos de importación/exportación de paquetes que llegan/salen por vía aérea.
• Prepara manifiestos internacionales para garantizar que el despacho aduanal sea eficaz y eficiente.
• Mantiene toda la documentación aduanal bien organizada y debidamente archivada.
• Realiza la clasificación, el apoyo de equipaje en el aeropuerto y la estación, y recupera la carga aérea de los transportistas según sea necesario.

Requisitos mínimos: Nivel mínimo de estudios:

• Preparatoria concluida.
• Dominio de idioma Inglés (450 puntos TOEIC).

Experiencia Mínima:

• Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en un entorno aduanero de carga.
• Se requieren conocimientos de las aplicaciones de FedEx (VISA, CAGE, COSMOS, etc.).
• Experiencia preferente en CRT.
