Job Description

Supports the reception of products and fulfillment of customer orders through operational processes, ensuring customer material is in optimal condition at the required time.

General Responsibilities

• Provides efficient and safe delivery and pickup of packages.
• Checks packages for proper labeling, content legality, weight, size, wrapping, insurance values, and hazardous material requirements.
• Prepares necessary paperwork such as airway bills, delivery records, and vehicle condition reports accurately and neatly.
• Seeks additional business from current customers; if unsuccessful, passes leads to the Sales Manager.
• Informs Station Operations Manager and Sales of changes in customer or competitor efforts.
• Loads company vehicles safely.
• Audits package size and weight, sorts packages accordingly.
• Ensures safety equipment is used and safety policies are followed.
• Operates company vehicles safely and performs basic vehicle maintenance.
• Supports unloading customer merchandise, validating quality and quantity, and palletizing when needed.
• Arranges products on racks using forklifts (for certified employees).
• Fulfills physical orders using work tools like scanners and PCs.
• Performs value-added tasks such as product review, kit assembly, labeling, and packaging.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

  Minimum Requirements

  Education: Middle School degree or equivalent preferred. Basic English skills required.

  Experience: General knowledge of warehouse operations, packaging, inventories; experience with ramp and warehouse equipment preferred.

  Skills: Ability to lift up to 55 lbs (25 kg) and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs (68 kg) using appropriate equipment; ability to work variable shifts; basic vehicle maintenance and tools experience preferred; able to pass Basic Skills Test sections; attention to detail; planning, organizing, problem-solving, and team skills.

  Additional Notes

  Excellent service attitude, experience in bulk cargo loading/unloading, and shift rotation are required.
