Formación

Position Details

Location: Autopista Mexico-Puebla 1720 Local A, San Pablo Xochimehuacan, Puebla, Mexico

Description: This role involves providing courteous and efficient package delivery, sorting, and collection services, ensuring packages are delivered accurately and professionally.

General Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect packages and documents efficiently and safely, representing the company professionally.
• Operate vehicles safely, complying with all regulations.
• Inspect packages, report discrepancies, and ensure proper documentation.
• Identify opportunities for additional business, relay contacts to sales, and inform about client or competitor changes.
• Respond to customer inquiries and keep clients informed about services.
• Ensure packages meet FedEx service standards, are properly labeled, and documentation is complete.
• Validate contents, including handling hazardous materials and international shipments.
• Scan packages, operate equipment, and maintain vehicle appearance and safety.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma completed.
• Basic English preferred.
• At least 1 year of professional driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle.
• Good driving record.
• Age over 21.

Skills and Abilities

• Ability to lift up to 32 kg and maneuver packages up to 68 kg with proper equipment.
• Good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Ability to complete basic skills tests, including reading maps and math.
• Customer service orientation, problem-solving, attention to detail.
• Availability for variable shifts.
