Experience Required in:

The Senior Linux & Cloud Administrator is responsible for:

1. Respond, troubleshoot and resolve alerts & incidents in the Linux OS or infra layer – VMWare/Azure/AWS/GCP.
2. Baremetal; Being a L3 escalation point for productive issues.
3. Seek opportunities to streamline standard operating procedures through automation.
4. Must feel comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic and flexible environment.
5. Operate effectively in a global 24x7 International environment.

Primary Skill:

Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) (Expert)

1. 4+ years of related professional experience.
2. Advanced technical background of Linux based server operating systems.
3. Practical experience with OS operation, upgrades and security patching.
4. Networking experience with the suite of TCP/IP, IP routing, NAT, firewalls.
5. Experience with network services like DNS, LDAP, and HTTP proxies.
6. Good understanding of IT security, OS hardening.
7. Experience in script programming (e.g. Shell, Perl, Python, Go, etc.) and with server automation tools (e.g. Ansible, CHEF).
8. Experience with server operations in large environments and in public clouds.
9. Fluency in English language.

Location: Monterrey - 1-2 times a week in the office.
