You will execute initiatives through I2M and IIM processes for the site and ensure effective execution, coordination, tracking & communication of change as it relates to new and existing products, packaging and processes for the plant.
How You Will Contribute
- Support Project Development / Execution: Execute initiatives through I2M/IIM (Innovation 2 Market; Initiative Management), provide critical inputs to the site BD leader (specifically for IIM Design Reviews - DR2 to DR6); from Design reviews (DR4 onwards), execute project activities on the site; master data creation, artwork, raw/pack material availability, track timings, and report to the project team. Organize trials and FPA’s (e.g., materials, team logistics). Communication and execution of promotional activities within the I2M process.
- Support ongoing business simplification: Provide inputs to the Site BD leader to support integration of the overall site change management agenda to ensure project delivery while maintaining service levels. Coordinate planning and tracking with all plant departments for plant trials and key project activities. Track status and communicate plant activities to key cross-functional team members (external to the plant). Work on the de-complexity agenda and support the delivery of the site productivity and improvement agenda. Ensure execution of regional/global menu cards and manufacturing hurdle rates.
- Assist the site BD Leader in managing interfaces with category PCMs; be responsible for the timely execution of new initiatives and business-related projects using IIM methodology. Coordinate effectively with Operations Core team to set up VSU teams for projects and with the Engineering team to manage startup and construction activities.

- Strong operational & manufacturing experience in the CPG industry, including TPM, 5S, Lean, Six Sigma tools and concepts, Safety & GMP standards.
- Financial & business acumen, project management skills, and knowledge of industrial manufacturing equipment, technology, & engineering automation basics.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & experience with ERP systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical & problem-solving skills, and strong collaboration and relationship management skills.
Additional Information about this role:
- Management of a unionized staff of at least 80 people.
- Desirable familiarity with SAP & Power BI tools.
- Proficiency in Office suite.
- Advanced management of key indicators: line efficiency, productivity, safety, and quality.
- Management of personnel incidents: vacations, absences, disabilities, etc.
- Experience and knowledge in AM and PM methodologies, Lean & Six Sigma.
- Technical knowledge of basic equipment: motors, transmissions, etc.
Education / Certifications
- Industrial, mechanical, mechatronic engineering, food engineering, or related field.
Specific Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a food consumer company.
- Advanced knowledge of M and PM methodologies, Lean & Six Sigma.
Work Schedule
- 5x2 schedule from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
