Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Line Coordinator to provide direct support to manufacturing production lines in Ciudad Juárez. You will ensure schedules align with supply demands and that processes meet quality and safety standards. The role emphasizes efficient resource use and collaboration with maintenance and line engineers.

The successful candidate will support line supervisors to meet production targets, maintain equipment readiness, and uphold GMP and EHS policies across the plant.

Competenze

  • Administrative support skills for manufacturing environments.
  • Experience with agile manufacturing and assembly operations is preferred.
  • Attention to detail and strong execution focus are essential.
  • Familiarity with GMP and quality systems is beneficial.

Mansioni

  • Schedule production line based on supply demand requirements.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of equipment and materials to maximize performance.
  • Support line supervisors to meet production schedules while following Quality System and EHS policies.
  • Verify machine setups with maintenance technicians and ensure proper calibration.
  • Maintain clean and organized workstations and assist with line balancing activities.
  • Distribute workload at shift start to meet production needs and verify labeling/lot quantities.
  • Record production metrics, scrap reports, and other manufacturing documents.

Job Title

LINE COORDINATOR

Purpose

Provide direct support to the manufacturing production lines. Ensures that the manufacturing process complies with its specifications and that the product meets material qualifications.

Provide direct support to production associates to meet production schedules in compliance with the Quality System, EHS and company policies while ensuring that human, capital and material resources are used effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible to schedule production line based on supply demand requirements
  • Manages the effective and efficient utilization of equipment and material resources to optimize performance
  • Assists the manufacturing supervisor to ensure production schedules are met Has the responsibility to maintain the line running, by ensuring continuous supply of components, supplies, and tooling
  • Verifies that machines and equipment are appropriately set-up with the aid of maintenance technicians
  • Verifies compliance of machinery and equipment calibration with respect to due dates Immediately reports quality issues, increases in defect rates, and equipment malfunction to the manufacturing supervisor or line engineer, contributing to their resolution
  • Ensures appropriate cleaning and housekeeping of workstations as required by procedures.
  • Timely distributes associates at the start of the shift based on line balancing and production requirements
  • Verifies correct labeling and lot quantities
  • Responsibilities include some clerical functions within the Business Unit, including scrap reports, training
  • records, production metrics, manufacturing documents and others
  • Maintains Kanban and other storage areas in the manufacturing floor organized
  • Ensures compliance to the quality policy and productivity goals
  • Supports and promotes the safety and industrial hygiene objectives of the plant
