Job summary

Zifo Mexico is seeking a Laboratory Informatics Consultant to implement and support enterprise LIMS platforms, focusing on sample-centric solutions in regulated lab environments. You will design, configure, and deploy LIMS to support the full sample lifecycle, work with instruments and inventory, and collaborate with a global support team on larger projects.

The role demands hands-on experience with LabWare or LabVantage, strong understanding of laboratory workflows, and ability to operate

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with laboratory informatics systems such as LabWare or LabVantage.
• Experience implementing sample lifecycle management in LIMS.
• Familiarity with regulated environments (GxP, FDA, ISO) and ALCOA+.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support requirements gathering with laboratory stakeholders.
• Design, configure, and deploy LIMS solutions for sample workflows.
• Develop IQ/OQ/PQ, test scripts, and traceability matrices.
• Support UAT, defect resolution, and production go-live activities.
• Provide post-implementation support and user training.
