Swiss Re’s Life & Health Claims LATAM team seeks an early-career Claims Analyst to grow technical expertise in insurance and reinsurance. You will support assessment and management of Life & Health claims, collaborating with experienced colleagues and clients to deliver fair, timely outcomes.

You’ll develop knowledge across Life & Health products, gain exposure to reinsurance, and contribute to a collaborative team focused on client service and outcomes.

Formación

• Experience in insurance or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail, sound judgment, and effective communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured environment.
• Interest in developing technical Life & Health claims assessment capabilities.
• Portuguese basic level.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and manage assigned Life & Health claims within delegated authority and established guidelines.
• Review medical, financial, occupational, and contractual information to support claim decisions.
• Escalate complex claims to senior claims professionals when appropriate.
• Build effective relationships with client claims teams and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in claim reviews, client discussions, training activities, and service initiatives.
• Support claims data reviews, trend monitoring, and portfolio analyses.
• Develop knowledge of Life, Disability, Critical Illness, Health, and Group Insurance products.
