Jobtailor in Monterrey is seeking a dynamic leader to guide a sales and customer-support team within the financial sector. You will mentor staff, monitor performance, and ensure targets are met while upholding regulatory standards.

The role emphasizes client acquisition, risk assessment, and revenue optimization, while coordinating marketing efforts and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable results.

Formación

• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in the financial sector and sales preferred.
• Working knowledge of financial regulations and mortgage transaction structure.
• General understanding of regulatory compliance, guidelines and regulations.
• Clear written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Provide full leadership and direction to a team supporting sales and customer activities.
• Train team members and monitor quantity and quality of work.
• Provide employee performance feedback.
• Acquire new clients through outbound calling and micromarketing activities.
• Handle clients from sourcing and serve as the first point of contact for concerns and questions.
• Analyze client interests, problems, and potential needs for new products and services.
• Conduct client, vendor, and channel meetings 50% of the time.
• Perform revenue optimization activities.
• Support sales executives and tele-callers with training and assistance.
• Organize marketing activities for lead generation and new business.
• Conduct first-level risk analysis for fit with Citi policies.
• Assess and manage risk in business decisions.
• Drive compliance, escalate and report control issues, supervise others, and create accountability.
