Responsibilities:

1. Manage CAPEX projects within the Engineering Department, including project scope development, budgeting, engineering, supplier management, team coordination, commissioning, startup, and closure.
2. Maintain effective communication and reporting with stakeholders (Plant Directors, Engineering, Finance, Logistics, Planning, etc.).
3. Promote and ensure a safety culture.
4. Scope of role: 7 Heineken Mexico breweries, malting facilities, primary and secondary distribution centers (Logistics).

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience leading investment projects, managing budgets, and planning.
• Technical knowledge (Civil, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering).
• Advanced/fluent professional English (non-negotiable).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
