Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an Infrastructure Project Executive to oversee large-scale infrastructure initiatives in the Zapopan, Jalisco area. The role balances office planning with on-site monitoring, coordinating with engineers, contractors, and authorities to deliver on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in major infrastructure projects, strong leadership, and proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Urban Planning, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of infrastructure development projects.
• Oversee project planning, feasibility studies, and site selection.
• Manage project budgets, contracts, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with engineering and construction teams to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Navigate permitting and regulatory approval processes with local authorities.
• Identify and mitigate project risks with contingency plans.
• Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and government officials.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Conduct regular site visits and project progress meetings.
