Placements24 seeks a skilled Gerente de Proyectos de Construcción para Infraestructura in Mérida, Yucatán, MX. Lead large infrastructure projects ensuring on-time delivery, within budget, and high quality in a hybrid work setting.

You will oversee planning, risk management, and stakeholder coordination across public and private sectors, guiding teams from design to handover with strict regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in managing large-scale infrastructure construction projects.
• Proven expertise in construction planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk management.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and applicable regulations.
• Experience with contract negotiation and administration.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, budget, timeline, and resources.
• Manage all phases of the construction project lifecycle.
• Oversee site operations ensuring safety, codes, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and agencies.
• Monitor progress, identify risks or delays, implement corrective actions.
• Manage budgets, track expenditures, approve invoices.
• Conduct site inspections and progress meetings.
• Ensure quality of workmanship to specifications.
• Prepare and present status reports to senior management and clients.
