Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace Mexicali is seeking an Operations Leader (Avionics, 2nd shift) to supervise resources and drive a safe, high-quality production environment. You will set the daily production plan, monitor results, lead improvement projects, and coordinate cell production meetings with cross-functional teams.

Advanced English is required and prior program-level decision experience is a plus. Expertise in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, ERP, and new process line development is valued to align

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 3 years of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
