Aman Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate the maintenance team and facilities, ensuring guest areas and equipment are kept in optimal condition.

The role requires an engineering background and at least two years in a leadership role within maintenance or engineering, preferably in luxury hospitality. Strong CMMS knowledge and proactive problem-solving are essential for delivering exceptional service.

Formación

• Engineering degree in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Minimum of two years in a supervisory/leadership role in maintenance or engineering, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems and CMMS.
• Proven leadership, communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to high quality and service.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for guest rooms, back-of-house areas, public spaces, and equipment.
• Coordinate and prioritize daily workloads to maximize efficiency.
• Lead, train, and develop the maintenance team to foster excellence and accountability.
• Ensure safety, quality standards, and sustainability initiatives are followed.
• Respond promptly to service requests from all departments.
