Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Coordinador de Limpieza y Desinfección to lead sanitation at a major medical facility in Cancún, Quintana Roo. You will develop and oversee cleaning and disinfection programs, manage a team, monitor supplies, and ensure strict infection control compliance to safeguard patients and staff.

The ideal candidate has at least five years in healthcare cleaning, strong leadership, and proficiency with cleaning management software and MS Office.

Qualificações

• Five+ years in cleaning and sanitation.
• Minimum three years in a supervisory role in healthcare settings.
• Knowledge of hospital-grade disinfectants and infection control procedures.
• Familiarity with OSHA, CDC and relevant healthcare sanitation guidelines.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency with cleaning management software and MS Office.
• High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare env. services certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement and enforce cleaning and disinfection protocols for all areas of the facility.
• Supervise, train and manage a team of cleaning and sanitation staff.
• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure infection control standards are met.
• Manage inventory and procurement of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Ensure safe handling, storage and disposal of chemicals and biohazardous waste.
• Collaborate with medical staff and safety officers to meet sanitation needs.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities, staff training and audits.
• Respond to contamination or biohazard incidents promptly.
