Placements24 is seeking an experienced Supervisor of Cleaning and Disinfection Operations for a leading food processing company in Tijuana, Baja California. Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a supervisor in cleaning and sanitation, preferably in food/beverage industries.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations, including HACCP and GMP.
• Experience in managing and motivating a team.
• Proficiency with industrial cleaning equipment and chemical applications in food processing environments.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays when required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in food safety/industrial hygiene are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Oversee cleaning and disinfection activities in the plant, ensuring compliance with HACCP/GMP standards.
• Manage, train, and schedule a team of cleaning technicians; monitor performance.
• Develop and refine cleaning procedures for all areas and equipment to prevent contamination.
• Ensure safe use and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment per SDS and policies.
• Conduct regular inspections to verify sanitation effectiveness and identify risks.
• Maintain records of schedules, chemical usage, pest control, training, and audits.
• Collaborate with QA and Production to address sanitation concerns and drive improvements.
• Order and manage inventory of cleaning supplies, PPE, and related equipment.
• Stay updated on advancements in food industry sanitation and regulations.
