Scotiabank Mexico seeks a Delivery Lead to drive GTB migration initiatives on the ground, coordinating with local Product, Technology, Business, and Operations teams to align with global migration objectives.

You will own local delivery readiness, manage risks and issues, and ensure disciplined execution while upholding Scotiabank values, governance, and regulatory requirements across Mexico.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a business/technology/operations/finance field.
• MBA or Master’s degree is an asset.
• Certifications such as PMP, Agile/Scrum, Lean Six Sigma are assets.

Responsabilidades

• Own local delivery execution in Mexico, managing on-the-ground partnerships and ensuring alignment with global migration objectives.
• Partner with local Product, Technology, and Business teams to execute the migration plan effectively.
• Lead and manage the local migration team, ensuring operational readiness and disciplined execution.
• Act as the primary contact for local delivery risks, issues, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure activities are delivered in line with Scotiabank’s Values, policies, and regulatory requirements.
