Una empresa automotriz líder en Toluca busca un Líder de grupo de mantenimiento responsable de gestionar un equipo y garantizar el mantenimiento de equipos y plantas. Se requiere experiencia previa en mantenimiento, conocimientos de PLCs y habilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos. Ofrecemos un ambiente inclusivo con cumplimiento de estándares de calidad y seguridad.
Como Líder de grupo de mantenimiento, serás responsable de un grupo pequeño o mediano de empleados de mantenimiento. Gestionarás el mantenimiento y la reparación de los equipos y las instalaciones de la planta de acuerdo con los sistemas de mantenimiento estándar de GM, además de las siguientes responsabilidades:
