Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation in Mexicali is seeking a Quality Leader CL4 (Second Shift) to supervise quality inspectors and drive the defined quality strategy across the SBU. The role ensures proper coverage and coordination of activities while supporting operations on the shop floor.

The successful candidate will have multi-discipline experience, strong English communication, and a track record of leading quality initiatives, with focus on DRDI, PQ validation, and process improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree. 3 years of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Other PQL 102 . Other PQL 097 . Other Quality Tools training . Other Project Management . Other Yellow Belt preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise employee work to ensure performance, productivity and skill.
• Detect area needs.
• Lead improvement projects.
• Coordinate personal, tools and all resources to assure the correct inspection program implementation, linked to the quality system and quality specifications.
• Report incidents affecting the process.
• Contributors in Root cause analysis for problem's solutions.
• Manages quality projects in the SBU and develops action plans.
• Training matrices development and implementation.
• Promote Coaching and recognition for QC Inspectors assuring team motivation.
• Decision and problem solution with high risk management skills.
• Support as Quality Leader in any SBU or Regulation's area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Experience leading different areas/Departments.
