Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years in warehouse operations or supply chain roles.
• Experience coordinating warehouse teams and daily priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate warehouse operations and teams.
• Prioritize daily warehouse activities and ensure safety and quality.
• Display strong ownership, accountability, and follow-up.
• Apply sound decision-making and problem-solving in daily tasks.
• Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Drive continuous improvement focusing on safety, quality, delivery, cost.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams, customer service, production, planning and logistics.
• Monitor KPIs, inventory accuracy, service levels and operational performance.
• Influence others to follow procedures, 6S, Lean, EHS and quality standards.
• Maintain customer service orientation and business sense.
