Baxter Healthcare in Monterrey is seeking a Warehouse Operations professional to ensure execution of the warehouse operating plan, manage capacity and resources, and drive on-time receipts, storage, picking, and shipping.

You will monitor KPI like safety, quality, productivity, and transactional accuracy, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with procedures and safety standards.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Engineering degree or completed program.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems and transactional discipline.
• Intermediate-Advanced English.
• Experience with KPI tracking and continuous improvement tools.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the warehouse operating plan is followed and monitor results for receipts, storage, picking, internal movements, orders and related processes.
• Manage operation capacity and resources, evaluating workload, staff availability, equipment, space and business needs.
• Monitor and analyze warehouse KPIs including safety, quality, productivity, service and transactional accuracy, taking action on deviations.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, internal controls and safety/quality standards; promote disciplined operations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and problem solving to improve inventory reliability and material flow.
