Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a role focused on guaranteeing asset controls to improve local business profitability and overseeing Site 100% operations.

The position includes ongoing online training and development opportunities based on results, with responsibilities across sales reporting, accounts receivable, inventory control, and supplier management in a dynamic ice cream environment.

Formación

• Experience in consumer goods and able to operate DSD from an agency.
• Strong leadership, analytical, decision-making and people development skills.
• End-to-end ownership mindset and accountability.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare the daily sales cut report.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (Local, Corporate and miscellaneous debtors).
• Safeguard petty cash and handle imprest fund.
• Control Route inventory and freezing chamber stock.
• Manage customer indemnities and gifts.
• Maintain master data for customers.
• Handle end-to-end values (E2E).
• Support governance and internal audits.
• Drive local purchases via portal.
• Coordinate internal/external audits and projects.

Tus responsabilidades

• Elaboración del Corte Diario de ventas.
• Administración de Cuentas por Cobrar (Local, Corporativa y Deudores Diversos).
• Administración y resguardo de Fondo Fijo.
• Control de Inventario de Rutas y cámara de congelación.
• Manejo y control de Indemnizaciones u Obsequios a clientes.
• Master Data de Clientes.
• Manejo de Valores E2E.
• Gestoría.
• Proyectos.
• Compras Locales por medio de portal.
• Seguimiento y ejecución de Auditorias Internas/Externas
