The Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a site Operations Manager to ensure local profitability by controlling assets and managing Site 100%. The role includes ongoing online training and development opportunities based on results.

You will lead daily activities across a consumer goods operation, focus on process optimization and team leadership, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive performance and integrity.

Formación

• Experience in fast-moving consumer goods and ability to operate DSD daily operations from an agency.
• Strong leadership, analytical skills, decision-making, problem-solving, and people development.
• End-to-end perspective and take ownership of results.
• Comfortable working in an agile, evolving organization.
• Value collaboration, clarity and ego-free workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare the daily sales cut report.
• Manage accounts receivable (local, corporate, and various debtors).
• Safeguard petty cash and fixed funds.
• Control route inventory and freezer stock.
• Manage inducements or gifts to customers.
• Maintain master data for customers.
• Handle end-to-end value flows (E2E).
• Oversee administrative tasks.
• Projects and improvements.
• Local purchasing via supplier portal.
• Monitor and support internal and external audits.

Tus responsabilidades

• Elaboración del Corte Diario de ventas.
• Administración de Cuentas por Cobrar (Local, Corporativa y Deudores Diversos).
• Administración y resguardo de Fondo Fijo.
• Control de Inventario de Rutas y cámara de congelación.
• Manejo y control de Indemnizaciones u Obsequios a clientes.
• Master Data de Clientes.
• Manejo de Valores E2E.
• Gestoría.
• Proyectos.
• Compras Locales por medio de portal.
• Seguimiento y ejecución de Auditorías Internas/Externas

• Tenga una visión integral (end-to-end) y se adueñe de sus resultados.
