Volaris, Mexico’s #1 airline, is seeking a Licensed Trainee Flight Attendant to join our cabin crew and onboard services team in Mexico. You will assist the Captain and Cabin Manager while delivering exceptional service that meets customer expectations and follows established procedures.

This role requires relocation to one of our bases and a commitment to full availability across rotating shifts. Applicants should hold a valid AFAC Flight Attendant License, a valid APT psychophysical fitness

Formación

• Valid AFAC Flight Attendant License (essential).
• Valid APT psychophysical fitness certificate (essential).
• Mexican passport (essential).
• U.S. tourist visa or confirmed appointment with the U.S. Embassy (preferred).
• Previous customer service experience (preferred).
• Intermediate English comprehension and conversational skills – an assessment will be conducted.
• Excellent technical knowledge – an assessment will be conducted.
