Responsibilities include assessing client needs, conducting market analyses, handling contracts, keeping listings current, and promoting properties to buyers and investors, with a supportive, collaborative team and flexible

Formación

• Licensed Real Estate Agent or currently enrolled in real estate school.
• Proven sales success in real estate or a sales-driven environment.
• Personable with excellent interpersonal and client service skills.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities to guide clients.
• Tech-savvy with basic computer skills and familiarity with Office and CRMs.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented, able to work independently while collaborating.

Responsabilidades

• Assess clients’ needs, preferences, and financial capacity to propose real estate solutions.
• Conduct detailed market analyses to determine property values and pricing strategies.
• Prepare and manage contracts, leases, and closing documents in line with regulations.
• Maintain and update property listings to ensure accurate market representation.
• Promote and market residential and commercial properties to buyers and investors.
