Salesforce, Inc. in Mexico City is seeking a Paralegal Analyst to join the Legal Shared Services team. You will execute a wide range of legal support tasks, including contract review, DSAR processing, and drafting standard agreements, working closely with attorneys and business stakeholders.

You will follow structured processes while adapting to shifting priorities, helping ensure data integrity and SOX-compliant records in Salesforce. Remote accommodations and fast learning are valued traits.

Formación

• 2–5 years in a legal, operations, or professional services environment.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• High attention to detail with accurate, quality output.
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload and shifting priorities.
• Professional discretion with confidential information.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing needs.
• Problem-solving with data integrity and continuous learning.

Responsabilidades

• Execute diverse daily operational tasks across the team's portfolio with quality.
• Serve as first contact for internal stakeholder questions on contracts and escalate as needed.
• Track and manage contract workflows from intake to execution.
• Assist with review and drafting of standard commercial agreements (SOWs, NDAs, order forms).
• Process privacy requests (DSARs) per established procedures.
• Locate, retrieve, and troubleshoot contract records in Salesforce CRM.
• Archive agreements and ensure SOX-compliant records.
• Identify process improvements and partner with stakeholders to implement.
