Job summary

Henkel is seeking a Legal Counsel to lead the management and oversight of the organization’s contractual and operational strategies with a focus on core business areas. You will draft, review, and negotiate manufacturing, maquila, sales, supplier, advertising, marketing, and influencer contracts while ensuring legal certainty and regulatory compliance across key operations.

The role requires 5–8 years of experience, a Law degree, and an advanced command of English.

About this Position

In this role, you will draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements—including manufacturing, maquila, sales, supplier, advertising, marketing, and influencer partnership contracts—ensuring legal certainty, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance across all of the company’s key operations.
