Job summary

Henkel Mexico is seeking a Legal Counsel to lead management and oversight of commercial contracts and regulatory compliance across key operations. You will draft, review, and negotiate manufacturing, maquila, sales, supplier, advertising, and influencer contracts, ensuring risk mitigation and legal certainty.

Qualified candidates hold a Bachelor of Laws, have 5–8 years of experience, advanced English, and proven experience with large-scale contracts.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements (manufacturing, maquila, sales, supplier, advertising, marketing, influencer partnerships).
• Provide legal advice to the business and its operations.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and regulatory requirements across operations.
• Mitigate risk and ensure legal certainty in all key contracts and operations.

About this Position

As Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for leading the management and oversight of the organization’s wide-ranging contractual and operational strategy, with a high level of specialization in the core business. In this role, you will draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements—including manufacturing, maquila, sales, supplier, advertising, marketing, and influencer partnership contracts—ensuring legal certainty, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance across all of the company’s key operations.
