Job summary

Henkel is looking for a Legal Counsel to lead the management and oversight of the organization’s contractual and operational strategy, with focus on core business. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor of Laws, 5–8 years of experience, advanced English, and prior corporate exposure handling contracts and large-scale operations.

About this Position

As Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for leading the management and oversight of the organization’s wide-ranging contractual and operational strategy, with a high level of specialization in the core business. In this role, you will draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements—including manufacturing, maquila, sales, supplier, advertising, marketing, and influencer partnership contracts—ensuring legal certainty, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance across all of the company’s key operations.
