Job summary

Nuvnext in Guadalajara, Mexico, is seeking a hands-on Legal professional to draft and review contracts for clients, partners and suppliers while owning data protection compliance and maintaining governance materials. This role is performed in person at our Guadalajara operations.

You will work closely with founders, ensuring clear contractual language, risk-aware decisions, and timely responses to client inquiries, including security questionnaires. The position is full-time and hands-on.

The role

• Draft and review contracts with clients, partners and suppliers.

Your first 90 days

• Day 30

  You learn the current contracts, terms and governance.

• Day 60

  You own new contracts.

• Day 90

  You own data protection compliance.
