Formación

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law or Labor Law is mandatory.

  • Previous experience in Maquila Company preferred.

  • Support for obtaining the IMMEX Program.
  • Monitoring internal processes.

Position

We are actively looking for a Legal Analyst who will be responsible for providing legal and strategic advice to the company, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This role involves managing corporate legal matters such as contracts, intellectual property, corporate governance and conflict resolution.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Law or Labor Law
  • Fluent in English
  • Previous experience in Maquila Company
  • Knowledge in:
    • Legal compliance
    • Contractual obligations
    • Legal requirements for plant operating permits
    • Lease, loan of use, sublease contracts
    • Mexican Institute of Industrial Property
    • ARCO Rights
    • Real Estate Leases and Subleases
    • Contract, Notarial, Corporate, Civil, Commercial Law
    • Close relation with external lawyers
Responsibilities
  • Counseling in all areas for legal compliance
