Instituto Thomas Jefferson Valle Real, S.C. is seeking an ISP Learning Specialist to support high-quality teaching and learning across the school community.

You will collaborate with teachers and school leaders to strengthen curriculum, pedagogy, assessment, and intervention strategies. Responsibilities include analyzing student achievement data, designing professional learning for staff, coaching teachers, and supporting whole-school improvement with inclusive practices.

Formación

• Ability to analyse and interpret student data to inform practice.
• Coaching, mentoring, and professional learning facilitation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support teachers to plan, implement, and evaluate effective teaching and learning programs.
• Analyse student achievement data to identify learning needs and inform targeted interventions.
• Design and deliver professional learning for staff aligned with school priorities.
• Model effective teaching strategies and support classroom practice through coaching and mentoring.
• Support curriculum development, alignment, and implementation.
• Assist in the development and monitoring of individual learning plans and intervention programs.
• Collaborate with school leadership to support whole-school improvement initiatives.
• Support inclusive education practices, including differentiation and adjustments for diverse learners.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of teaching strategies and interventions on student outcomes.
• Engage with families and external professionals where appropriate.
