Formación

• 1+ años de experiencia en creación de contenido de aprendizaje digital.
• Dominio de inglés, español y portugués es esencial.

LOCATION: Guadalajara SSC (Hybrid)

REPORTS TO: Global Learning Services Lead

If you are looking for design challenges, have experience in a fast-paced technical environment, and have a passion for learning, we want you on our team. As Learning Services Analyst, you will design and produce interactive, engaging, and effective digital learning experiences that teach our employees how to use Ingredion technologies, manufacturing standards & certifications awareness around the world. You will be responsible to manage our LMS (Learning Management System) and troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for our colleagues in Brazil.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Design and deliver engaging e-learning content with varying levels of interactivity.
2. Users support, managing and solving Learning service tickets efficiently.
3. Oversee training projects from analysis to production, ensuring high-quality materials.
4. Present dynamic training programs using diverse formats like discussions, simulations, and videos.
5. Maintain detailed learning reports and track training activities, attendance, and results.
6. Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
7. Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop accurate and compelling digital content.
8. Troubleshoot technical issues and stay updated on emerging technologies and training trends.

Qualified candidates will have:

1. Desirable 1+ years of Learning experience creating infographics, video tutorials or e-learning content.
2. Desirable Workday and Service Now management knowledge.
3. Working proficiency of using Articulate 360 to create engaging and interactive CBTs.
4. Experience using video/asset development software including Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Creative Cloud), etc.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish, English and Portuguese is a must.
6. Strong presentation skills.
7. Contribute to a collaborative team environment.
8. Self-directed and well-organized, consistently delivering projects on time.
