A leading instructional design company based in Mexico City is seeking an experienced instructional designer. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to create effective learning experiences and content, supported by a strong understanding of adult learning principles and design tools. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and over 3 years of relevant experience.

Roles And Responsibilities
Partner with the Organizational Development team, functional training teams, and Subject Matter experts (SMEs) to do rapid iteration design, develop, and implement practical learning experiences aligned to business objectives.
Evaluate, update and revise existing content to meet the learning objectives and needs of our internal employees.
Apply adult learning principles and systematic instructional design to create learning experiences and content that best fit the needs of the learner.
Participate in the needs assessment and prioritization of design projects.
Assist in the selection of appropriate learning technologies to aid in delivery of learning solutions with the Exact Sciences learning ecosystem.
Engage and interact with key stakeholders (SMEs, leaders, deciders) to pilot and validate learning solutions.
Apply strategies to engage learners from infographics, e-learning, and social learning to job aides, role plays, and gamification.
Design within company design standards ensuring consistency in language, terminology, branding, and that all designs meet ADA standards.
Convert information into easily used and understood text and graphics.
Support audio and video production by working with the design team to schedule locations, voice actors, equipment, etc.
Take ideas/concepts and translate them into objectives, outlines, plans, etc.
Ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.

Assist in sourcing existing content and resources.

Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field; or High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 4 years of relevant experience.
3+ years of experience graphic design, procedure writing, and/or multimedia content creation.
Strong understanding of adult learning theory.
Demonstrated proficiency in design tools such as Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Captivate, and Articulate 360.
Basic knowledge of adult learning methodologies, needs of the modern learner as a consumer of information, and current trends impacting organizational development.
Experience with eLearning concepts, tools and instructional design methodologies.
Experience with e-Learning design, video/media production and editing.
Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.
Relevant ERP
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Learning Experience Platforms, and other app based or mobile learning platforms.
Experience in user testing and feedback implementation.
Experience doing instructor lead training or facilitation.
Knowledge of online and mobile learning platforms.
Basic skills in implementing e-learning modules and multimedia-based content.
Understanding of corporate learning environments and employee development needs.
Experience working in a collaborative team-based environment.
