Job Description
The Learning & Development (L&D) Partner supports the design, coordination, and implementation of leadership development programs, compliance training, and learning ecosystem initiatives. This role reports to the Director of Learning & Development to ensure program quality, logistical efficiency, and alignment with organizational learning strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the program design, logistics, and execution of Solidigm U in partnership with L&D leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of the Solidigm Leadership Development (SLD) program, including stakeholder coordination, participant support, and program evaluation.
- Assist the Director of Learning & Development in implementing leadership development initiatives, including communication, resource preparation, and execution.
- Coordinate logistics for enterprise learning initiatives, managing schedules, materials, facilitator support, and participant communications.
- Utilize Workday Learning to support program delivery and tracking, ensuring accurate data, streamlined user experience, and insights for improvement.
- Oversee compliance training delivery and tracking, ensuring updates and alignment with policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with the Talent, Development & Inclusion organization to align programs with broader employee experience initiatives.
- Design and curate learning pathways and resources aligned with capability development and career growth.
- Support the integration and continuous improvement of learning programs within Workday Learning for usability and scalability.
- Monitor program metrics and outcomes to facilitate continuous improvement and strategic planning.
- Adapt to evolving TD&I priorities, supporting workforce planning, skills mapping, and future capability initiatives in partnership with Talent Management.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, Organizational Development, or related field required.
- Professional certifications in instructional design, coaching, or L&D methodologies preferred.
- Combination of education and experience acceptable.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of L&D experience in a global or complex organization.
- Experience with Workday Learning.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Experience analyzing data and generating reports.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading program delivery, learning operations, and LMS administration.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory training.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong project and program management skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and coordination abilities.
- Proficient with learning systems such as Workday Learning and other LMS platforms.
- Ability to partner across functions and deliver scalable learning solutions.
