Job Description
McDonald’s offers an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Delivery Manager based in our Mexico Global Business Services Office. You will serve as a strategic partner and advisor to business leaders, driving a virtual learning strategy aligned with the Global People Strategy and regional business plans. Your role includes managing the delivery of virtual learning programs across the US and Canada, supporting new course activation, and ensuring effective training to improve restaurant operations, customer experience, and employee development.
You will lead the US and Canada Virtual Delivery Teams, comprising 20 facilitators responsible for executing learning strategies and delivering top-tier programs to leaders at all levels.
The candidate must reside in Mexico City, Mexico.
