• 1-2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Familiarity with Autocad and Microsoft Office.

What do you get to do in this position?

• Responsible for the strict application of standardized processes in manufacturing / production processes across a broad scope including for example some basic maintenance processes.
• Strong contributor to continuous improvement
• Identify and express to the Team Leader any risks regarding health, safety, quality and environment,including reporting all incidents and near misses.
• Know the recommended gestures to perform the standard operating modes. Suggest proposals to improve the operating mode.
• Ensure the quality of the operations performed by controlling and respecting the standards.
• Apply escalation process in case of any deviation (safety, environment, quality, performance).
• Strong contributor to continuous improvement
• Desing Point of Use in Autocad.
• Calculate Kanbans for production areas

Qualifications

This job might be for you if:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Autocad
• 1-2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
• Lean Manufacturing knowledge.
• Root Cause Analysis Tools
• Core Tools knowledge.
