A leading manufacturing company in Monterrey seeks a Lean Senior Engineer to enhance operational efficiency through key initiatives and lead improvement projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in Continuous Improvement, advanced English skills, and knowledge of Lean methodologies.

Formación

  • Advanced English proficiency required.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Continuous Improvement.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead complex improvement projects focused on OEE and scrap reduction.
  • Provide technical support to Production and Maintenance.

Lean Sr. Engineer 3&4

Objective

Improve operational continuity and plant results through the implementation of key initiatives. Achieve productivity and quality objectives committed to the customer.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead complex improvement projects (OEE, scrap reduction, and labor).
  • Provide high-level technical support to Production and Maintenance, and mentor junior engineers to ensure the sustainability of the Lean system.
  • Develop improvement projects and support the team with training and knowledge to reduce costs at the plant.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and apply methodologies to optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Transform and implement technical and cultural projects through Change Management.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Continuous Improvement role.
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies is required.
  • Experience with Change Management and Strategic Results.
