JOB QUALIFICATIONS

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

1. Experienced in change management, project management and financial management
2. Qualified & experienced trainer
3. Excellent Leadership and communication skills
4. Track record showing continual improvement of personal skills
5. Proficient and knowledgeable in all areas related to operations
6. Results-driven change agent
7. Ability to effectively communicate in all media forms and cross-culturally
8. Ability to influence all levels of the Jabil organization
9. Practices humility and influencing at any level within organization to achieve goals.
10. Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required.
11. Be expert in lean tools and processes to coordinate and share knowledge on a regional scale

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

1. At least 10 years of working experience with 7 years of experience in Lean Six Sigma area or related field
2. Degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline preferred
3. Six Sigma Black Belt certified by recognized organizations in the industry (e.g. ASQ, SME, Shingo Prize)
4. Lean Certified Project and facilitation experience in a heavily matrixed environment
5. Experience in change management
6. Or a combination of education, experience and/or training
