Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or manufacturing.
• Experience leading teams in manufacturing.
• Lean Manufacturing implementation experience.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead production operations to ensure adherence to schedules and delivery dates.
• Manage and develop a team of supervisors, team leaders, and operational staff.
• Monitor and improve KPIs related to productivity, efficiency, scrap, rework, delivery, and resource utilization.
• Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards and procedures.
• Implement and track continuous improvement projects targeting waste reduction and process optimization.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Planning, Maintenance, and Logistics for operational continuity.
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks affecting production capacity.
• Participate in planning resources, installed capacity, and growth strategies.
• Lead investigation and resolution of operational issues using root cause analysis.
