GE Aerospace in Querétaro, Mexico seeks a Continuous Improvement Intern to support process improvement initiatives across the business. You will analyze workflows, assist lean activities, and help teams with data-driven problem solving.

You will document current processes, develop improvement recommendations, and help sustain gains through standard work and visual management, collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Formación

• Engineering student in IMA / Aeronautical / Mechanical / Energy / Software fields.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Familiarity with Lean Methodology concepts.
• Understanding of Microsoft Project or similar software.
• Basic programming skills (Python preferred) and MS Office proficiency.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage tasks independently and effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and problem-solving tools.
• Collect, analyze, and present data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist with process mapping, root cause analysis, action planning, and tracking.
• Help develop and maintain standard work and visual management documentation.
• Participate in Kaizen events and improvement reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leaders to implement improvements and track actions.
• Contribute creative solutions to improve quality and delivery.
