GE Aerospace is seeking a Continuous Improvement Intern to support lean initiatives across our Querétaro operations. You will analyze workflows, document processes, and help sustain gains through standard work and visual management.

You will work with cross-functional teams, perform data-driven problem solving, and contribute to improving safety, quality, delivery, and cost. This is a hands-on internship supporting leadership in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Formación

• Industrial/Administrative Mechanical Engineering or related student.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Familiarity with Lean Methodology concepts.
• Understanding of Microsoft Project or similar software.
• Good programming skills; Python preferred.
• Basic Statistics.
• Ability to manage tasks independently.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Open team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Must have tax ID (RFC) and IMSS.
• In-person work at GE Aerospace offices in Querétaro.

Responsabilidades

• Support continuous improvement initiatives with Lean tools.
• Collect, analyze, and present data to identify trends and gaps.
• Assist with process mapping, root-cause analysis, and action planning.
• Help develop standard work and visual management.
• Participate in Kaizen events and improvement reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
• Present analyses clearly to technical audiences.
• Use statistical tools to aid decision-making.
