Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• No previous professional experience required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.
• Basic knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma.
• Intermediate to advanced English communication and ability to work with data.
• Teamwork, proactive mindset, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze high-power transformer manufacturing processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support investment projects focused on improving factory safety, quality, and productivity.
• Explore poka-yoke solutions to help prevent quality issues.
• Perform tests and validations for proposed process changes under guidance.
• Document, communicate, and support training; present results.
• Keep drawings and plant layouts updated for the assigned area.
• Research manufacturing best practices and industry trends.
