Lear Corporation in Chihuahua, Mexico, seeks a Methods Engineer to ensure readiness of work methods, equipment and tooling for flawless execution across planning, launch and engineering changes. The role requires coordination with project leaders and hands-on oversight of manufacturing systems.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering (or related) and has 3+ years of experience in methods engineering, with proficiency in English and strong CAD skills (AutoCAD/SolidWorks)

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Methods Engineering.
• Proficient English level required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate activities based on the project leader plan to achieve program objectives during each phase.
• Analyze engineering change proposals and inform impact on equipment and tooling.
• Lead management of engineering changes and design reviews.
• Ensure manufacturing system design delivers quality, output and efficiency for each harness family.
• Ensure delivery and installation of machinery and equipment to meet process capacity.
• Monitor investments and expenses related to new program launches and changes.
