John Deere is seeking a qualified professional for the Operations (CA) function in Ramos Arizpe, Mexico. The role focuses on planning and implementing material replenishment processes for current production and new programs to achieve lean manufacturing and lowest landed cost.

Key tasks include tracking budgets, meeting procurement goals, managing supplier relationships, and using data systems to drive improvements. Requires an Engineering degree and work permits for the country.

Formación

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Candidates must have the necessary work permits to work in the country.

Responsabilidades

• Track budgets and report variances to more senior colleagues.
• Achieve specific procurement goals within area of responsibility. May also involve working to improve established procurement procedures.
• Achieve specific goals for area of responsibility by working within an established supplier management plan or finding ways to improve it.
• Help senior colleagues manage client and customer relationships by using relevant sales or client systems.
• Help senior colleagues manage internal client and customer relationships by using relevant sales or client systems.
• Collate and analyze data using preset tools, methods, and formats. Involves working independently.
• Help others get the most out of data management systems by providing support and advice.
• Prepare moderately complex documents using a variety of applications for technology devices, such as standard office software. Also responsible for gathering and summarizing data for reports.
• Use the knowledge management system to access specific information.
