Johnson Controls, Inc. seeks a Lean Transformation specialist to drive CI initiatives across manufacturing and operations. You will deploy lean tools, coach teams, and lead kaizen events to improve efficiency and quality.

The role requires building capability through training, developing current and future state value streams, and sustaining gains with daily management practices. Strong English skills and leadership are essential, with focus on cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or similar.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite.
• Greater than 3 years of experience in lean implementation.
• Strong leadership at all levels (operator to top management).
• Strong people skills.
• English: intermediate high to advanced.

Responsabilidades

• Deploy KPI's (tier 1, 2, 3) in Daily Management at CCC, FFCC, BCC levels.
• Train teams in Problem Solving and Action Planning and coach them.
• Develop Value Stream Mapping based on actual and future volumes (current state, future state).
• Develop and coach teams on kaizen charters based on kaizen funnel/calendar.
• Execute kaizen events and workshops and sustainment.
• Lead lean transformation (model lines) plans.
• Update with program manager plant Obeya.
• Promote CI ideas and 5S audits programs coordinated by JCMS/training team.
• Train new employees in CI tools.
• Load savings projects in CI track.
• Participate and promote best business practices.

What will you do:

Deploy Lean transformation strategies and tools (KPI's, Problem Solving, Action Planning, 80/20, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, Standard Work, Daily Management).

How you will do it:

• Deploys KPI's (tier 1, tier 2, tier 3) in Daily Management at CCC, FFCC, BCC levels (bowler, boards)

• Trains teams in Problem Solving and Action Planning (PST's) and coaches

• Develops Value Stream Mapping based on actual and future volumes (current state, future state)

• Develops and coaches team on kaizen charters based on kaizen funnel/calendar

• Executes kaizen events and workshops

• Follows sustainment for kaizen events

• Leads lean transformation (model lines) plans

• Updates with program manager plant Obeya

• Promotes C.I. ideas, high performance teams, 5 Ss audits programs coordinated by JCMS/training team

• Train new employees in CI tools

• Load savings projects in C.I. track

• Participates and promotes best business practices

What we look for:

Required

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or similar

• Proficient computer skills (MS Office Suite)

• > 3 years of experience in lean implementation

• Strong Leadership skills at all levels (operator-top management)

• Strong people skills

• Intermediate High to Advanced level of English

Preferred

• Lean implementor certification

• Six Sigma training
